Why I built this
I built Pillar because the tools coaches were using kept describing a smaller job than the one they were actually doing.
Watch how an independent coach spends a week and the workout is a fraction of it. The client who isn't sleeping. The one whose nutrition falls apart on Thursdays. The one whose mood tells you more than their step count. That's the work. But the software was built around programming, and everything else was an add-on, a spreadsheet, or a message thread nobody could search.
The pricing bothered me as much as the feature list. Most platforms charge you more as you take on more clients, so your software bill grows exactly when you are busiest, and the tool quietly starts shaping who you are willing to take on. That seemed backwards for someone building a practice.
So Pillar tracks the dimensions that actually move outcomes — fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, hydration, steps, mood, habits, and fasting — in one place, with unlimited clients on every plan and no per-client fees.
I still take these calls myself. If you are working out whether Pillar fits your practice, book time with me and ask me anything.
